The client needed employees across multiple manufacturing sites to become competent in complex equipment operation, maintenance, and emergency procedures. Training on live machinery meant production downtime, safety risk, and a schedule that could not scale across 5+ locations.
The Solution
LifeVR recreated the client's real factory floor and key equipment in an interactive VR environment. Trainees practise normal operation, maintenance sequences, and emergency shutdowns repeatedly in a risk-free setting. The same environment was deployed identically across all sites from day one.
